ASIS Swiss Chapter - Women in Security  / 2019 WIS Event / Save the date!

For those who do not know (yet) the WIS, please check our webpage:  https://asisonline.ch/index.php/chapter-160/women-in-security

The main objective of the WIS is for women working in the security industry in Switzerland to have a platform to network, learn about best practices, learn about professional opportunities, and many other things!

Naïla Karani-Freudiger is very enthusiastic about animating the network! The first event that organized this year will take place at the CERN (https://home.cern/ ) in Geneva on Tuesday 9 May 2019 from 10:00 am to 02:00 pm.

Here is the tentative program of the event:

  • CERN guided tour / visit
  • Presentation / discussion with the Head of Security of the CERN regarding strategic security for the organization
  • Lunch at the CERN cafeteria

So, if interested, save the date for Thursday May 9th 2019 from 10:00 am until 02:00 pm.

This event is limited to 20 participants. So please let Naïla know quickly if you would like to attend. Please understand that although the event is open to all the WIS, we will have to give preference to members of the Swiss Chapter and ASIS International.

Please confirm to Naïla if:

  • You wish to remain (or to join!) the WIS network  (you will receive information on the events that will be organized).
  • You would like to participate to the CERN’s visit on May 9th 2019.
  • You are interested in joining ASIS International and the Swiss Chapter (you will be part of the most recognized security network and will have access to all the ASIS events, access to ASIS standards and guidelines, receive the Security Management Magazines, learn about professional opportunities etc...)

Do not hesitate to also contact Naïla should you have any questions or suggestions / ideas for the WIS network (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

We are looking forward to meeting you at a WIS event!
